Research Funded with $1.8 Million Grant from American Medical Association Reimagining Residency Initiative
Chris is part of a multi-disciplinary research team led by Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Brian Garibaldi and Sanjay Desai, and including researchers from Stanford and the University of Alabama at Birmingham, that is exploring how to implement methods to measure modifiable attributes of the training environment that may contribute to burnout among residents.
The team’s proposed research was funded by a 5-year, $1.8 million grant from the American Medical Association’s Reimagining Residency Initiative.
